Free range Norfolk geese
We know that some people prefer a goose for Christmas lunch, so each year we we lovingly rear 150 Norfolk geese.
Why do they taste so good?
They are slow grown on grass paddocks for six months before Christmas. We dry-pluck them all by hand and then they are hung for 10-14 days in the traditional way to guarantee a rich flavour.
What do our Christmas geese eat?
Godwick free range geese eat a natural diet of grass with some home grown cereals. Our geeseĀ are never given antibiotics or additives for growth promotion.
